DaPhix is easy like 1,2,3. Guests are able to login via their facebook-acount, a QR-Code or any code offered by the hotel. No software necessary, no training for the hotel staff. DaPhix is taking care of excellent connectivity, may your guests be in the lounge, in their room or in the elevator.

Planning & carrying out

Before setting up a Wi-Fi system, we start by analysing the fabric of a building. In historic structures there are different challenges to the ones in modern buildings. Looking at the ground plan we document the expected coverage by the Wi-Fi signal together with our client. Only then we will start setting up the system.

Meininger Hotels

Being MEININGER´s IT-partner for many years we had the privilege to watch its rise from a heart-lived project started by only a few friends to a successful group of hotels all over Europe. Some of the places were built from scratch, others were established in places with a history to them. Certainly often with a technical history, leaving every MEININGER Hotel with its own special Wi-Fi character. In fact that was too much diversity. We decided to install Cisco Meraki under the premises of our DaPhix Professional Offer. One unique, fast and modern Wi-Fi-system, which can be used by guests and staff and at the same time is able to separate those two user-groups.

Eurohostel

Eurohostel Helsinki is the biggest hostel in Finland. In 2013 Eurohostel invested in a high quality fibre optics network, through which DaPhix is providing WiFi everywhere in the building: on six floors, in 135 rooms and all lounge areas. The distance between Berlin and Helsinki played and plays a minor role. A DaPhix coach taught the local IT-staff how to configure and set up the necessary hardware via telephone. Ever since the system is being operated remotely from Berlin.
